Шпоночный материал — калиброванные прутки квадратного и прямоугольного сечения для изготовления призматических шпонок, которые передают крутящий момент между валом и шестернёй, шкивом или муфтой. Размеры сечения от 2×2 до 50×28 мм соответствуют стандартным шпоночным пазам по ГОСТ 23360-78.
Поставляем шпоночную сталь 45 и 40Х по ГОСТ 8787-68 в прутках длиной 1–3 м, а также нарезаем шпонки нужной длины.

Сечение призматической шпонки задано ГОСТ 23360-78: например, для вала 30–38 мм — 10×8 мм, для 38–44 мм — 12×8 мм. Длину шпонки выбирают по длине ступицы.
