Поставляем прокат в горячекатаном, калиброванном и термообработанном состоянии, с сертификатом химсостава и механических свойств. Подберём марку под нагрузку, вид термообработки и требуемую твёрдость детали.

Какая сталь лучше для вала: 45 или 40Х?

Сталь 40Х после закалки и отпуска прочнее и лучше прокаливается по сечению, поэтому её выбирают для нагруженных валов диаметром больше 40–50 мм. Сталь 45 дешевле и подходит для валов средней нагрузки.
