Babbitts: description

Баббит — мягкий антифрикционный сплав на основе олова или свинца, которым заливают вкладыши подшипников скольжения турбин, компрессоров, насосов, дизелей и прокатных станов. Твёрдые кристаллы в мягкой основе обеспечивают низкое трение и хорошую прирабатываемость, а при перегреве баббит выплавляется раньше, чем пострадает вал.

Оловянные баббиты Б83 и Б88 по ГОСТ 1320-74 применяют для быстроходных и нагруженных узлов, свинцовые Б16 и БН — для средних нагрузок, кальциевые БК2 — для железнодорожного транспорта. Поставляем в чушках.

Б83 — оловянный баббит (83% олова), у него выше прочность, усталостная стойкость и теплопроводность, его используют в ответственных быстроходных подшипниках. Б16 — свинцовый, дешевле и подходит для средних нагрузок и скоростей.
