Печные ролики переносят металл через рольганговые печи нормализации, закалки и отпуска, работая при температуре 900–1150 °C. Их изготавливают центробежным литьём из жаропрочных сталей 40Х24Н12СЛ, 45Х25Н35С2Л и 20Х23Н18Л, которые не окисляются и сохраняют прочность в горячей зоне.
Поставляем ролики по чертежу заказчика с механической обработкой цапф и посадочных мест, а также трубные заготовки для их изготовления.
